Healing Work
Healing work is an invitation to let go, expand, and remember who you are. But also, healing work is hard work! It is not a fix, it's a path, which can feel daunting. But chances are, if you have found your way to this page, you are ready! In fact, you are probably already on your path of healing.
Sometimes we sense that something is off. Other times we know what needs to shift but we don't know how or where to start. The beauty of healing work is we don't even need to know necessarily. By working from a heart-centered space, we can bypass the mental mind that wants to keep us in old stories and patterns.
I have both witnessed and experienced instant shifts. Likewise, I have seen and experienced healings that required years of work, years of the layers slowing unfolding. We never know how it's going to unfold. What seems like a small simple request can start you on a journey that leaves you forever changed; unrecognizable to your former self.
The hardest part is taking the first step, booking an appointment! By doing so your are carving out the time; setting a date with the sacred. And that is a BIG step. But I promise you, there is nothing to be nervous about during a session. I facilitate a space held by unconditional, divine love. Once your session has started, you have done the hard part, you made it there! During the session, you can just rest.
Earth-Centered Healing
Earth-centered healing has been practiced and passed down generationally for thousands of years. These are sacred teachings that are unique to each lineage, yet have cross-cultural wisdom that we all are connected to whether we are aware of it or not. None of us have to look too far back in our family trees to find these ways. To come back to these ways feels familiar and natural to us, because it is a part of how people have always lived in true community. It is how we have always cared for each other and ourselves.
Each session starts with your intention. What do you need healing around? What are you looking to shift or release from your life? This intention can be for physical, spiritual, or emotional healing, or all three. Perhaps you have already made big shifts that need integration, fine tuning, or blessing. You can put as much or as little as you like on the table.
Because the sessions are shamanistic, I act as a bridge, holding the space for information to come through. This work is an embodied experience of the senses. There will be decadent things for you to smell, taste, and drink. There will be a plant brushing, an earth-centered tradition of placing and/or brushing plants over the body. There will typically be some bodywork. Most of this can be done over your clothing. Which is why all you need to do for your session is relax and come in comfortable, loose clothing.
There may be other forms of energy work, cord-cutting, extraction, soul retrieval, curse unraveling, compassionate de-possession, journeying, or activations. Each session will be as unique as you and the intentions you bring to the session.
