Healing Work
Healing work is an invitation to let go, expand, and remember who you are. But it’s not a fix, it's a path and chances are, if you have found your way to this page, you are ready!
Sometimes we don’t know what is off. Other times we know what needs to shift but we don't know how or where to start. The beauty of healing work is we don't even need to know necessarily. By working from a heart-centered space, we can bypass the mental mind that wants to keep us in old stories and patterns.
We never know how the path is going to unfold. What seems like a small simple request can start you on a journey that leaves you forever changed; unrecognizable to your former self.
Truly, the hardest part is taking the first step, booking an appointment! By doing so your are carving out the time. Once your session starts, the hard part is over. You can just rest and be held by the sacred. I facilitate a space held by unconditional, divine love.
Earth-Centered Healing
Earth-centered healing has been practiced and passed down generationally for thousands of years. None of us have to look too far back in our family trees to find these ways. To come back to these ways feels familiar and natural to us, because it is a part of how people have always lived in true community. It is how we have always cared for each other and ourselves.
Each session starts with your intention. What are you looking to shift or release from your life? What blessings do you want to call in? This intention can be for physical, spiritual, emotional, or mental healing.
Because the sessions are shamanistic, I act as a bridge, holding the space for information to come through. This work is an embodied experience of the senses. We will shift the physical with bodywork. We will work with the energies of the plants, water, smoke, sound, breath.
There may be other forms of energy work, cord-cutting, extraction, soul retrieval, curse unraveling, compassionate de-possession, journeying, Akashic healing, or activations. Each session will be as unique as you and the intentions you bring to the session.
