THE UNWINDING - Myofascial Massage.
This is structural bodywork that aims to unbind the connective tissue that allows the body to move freely and without pain. This work is very gentle, subtle and relaxing. If you experience chronic pain or you are not a fan of deep tissue massage this is a great and equally effective option. Or if you are curious to experience a very different type of bodywork I invite you to try the Unwinding for an introductory rate!
THE REWILDING - Body, mind, and Soul.
This is a weaving of the bodywork with the energetic work. More and more, this is what people are needing and it feels necessary to tailor a session to meet this need. It also felt important to have an option other than massage available when booking. This is a blend of the massage and healing work. As always, it begins with talking to the body. From there, we can address the needs of you as a whole; body, mind and soul.
